Engineering for Teams & Creators
ISTECH works across two lanes: software engineering for founders and companies who need product, platform, or infrastructure built properly — and monetization operations for creators who need the systems behind their business to actually work.
Staff-level engineer. Available for remote contract work — you work directly with the person doing the work.
The problem
Built for brands that already have momentum
Most creator-led brands don't break because of ideas. They break because the systems behind the business are patched together, manual, or never built to handle growth.
ISTECH fixes that layer — the products, internal tools, workflows, and infrastructure that make the business easier to run.
Before you start
Which one is you?
Your stage determines the work. Two types of brand, same underlying problem — the systems aren't keeping up.
Stage 01
Audience, no system.
You've built real attention. The monetization layer doesn't exist yet.
- You have followers, a community, or an audience — but no offer or product infrastructure.
- Revenue is inconsistent: ad hoc, or missing altogether.
- You know the brand could earn far more — you just haven't built the systems to get there.
- You need the operating layer behind the business before you can grow.
Stage 02
Already monetizing, ready to scale.
Revenue is real. The operations side is breaking under the weight.
- Delivery is manual, inconsistent, or held together with patchwork.
- The tech stack doesn't hold up with traction.
- Too much of the business still runs on your personal time and judgment.
- You should be building better products; instead you're managing infrastructure.
Services
Two ways to work with ISTECH
Lane 01
Software Engineering
For brands that need product, platform, or infrastructure built properly.
- Full-stack web applications — frontend architecture and component design, backend services and APIs, built for performance and maintainability regardless of framework
- Cloud infrastructure — provisioning, deployment pipelines, and containerised systems built to scale reliably
- AI workflow automation — agentic development, tool integration, and AI-assisted delivery pipelines
Lane 02
Monetization Operations
For founders who need a technical operator behind the business, not just another contractor.
- Turning an audience or community into a structured, sellable offer
- Designing and creating digital products that are tailored for your audience
- Building the backend of a launch — checkout, delivery, access, fulfilment
- Mapping and cleaning the operational layer so the business runs without you holding it together
- Setting up the reporting and visibility that tells you what is actually working

About
The person behind ISTECH
ISTECH is led by Ivan Sardelić — an engineer and operator who builds the systems himself. No account managers, no handoffs to a junior team. You work directly with the person doing the work.
The work is invisible to the audience and essential to the business.
Recommendations
People who've worked with Ivan
He has the kind of engineering depth that allows him to quickly understand complex problems and turn them into practical, elegant solutions. His value goes beyond technical execution — he has a natural ability to communicate with stakeholders, translate highly technical concepts into language that non-technical people can understand, and align technology with real business goals.
He took full ownership of outcomes — not just tasks — and had a natural ability to develop the people around him without making it feel forced. His communication with leadership and stakeholders was direct, honest, and constructive. No politics, no hedging — just clarity and accountability.
What I appreciated the most was his communication style and technical knowledge. He’s very good at explaining complex topics clearly and adapting his communication depending on the audience, whether it’s engineers, product stakeholders, or leadership. His presentations and demos are always well prepared and easy to follow
